We want to be treated equally.
I do not believe the bar should be lowered for us.
I do believe if we can attain that bar and beyond that we not be penalized for having female genitallia.
Oh..and my favorite part of roofing was demolition and soldering copper. Least favorite...shuffling papers. Taxes and insurances...UGH!
