Hey, I haven't been a construction worker, so I wouldn't know. But lets look at sports, something I am familiar with. Men are faster, stronger, and usually just plain better to put it bluntly. Who holds the world record for the hundred meter? The mile? Who is the fastest swimmer today? Who are the best soccer and american football players? How about baseball players? These are all posistions held by men. No offense intended, but men are more physical.
