Hey, that may be true of you and your family, but that isn't necsesarily true for the rest of the world. Mutual respect may be the answer, but that is hard to find these days. If a family isn't divorced, they have problems, or are staying together for the kids. So mutual respect may let men and women work together, but that isn't common these days.
