I don't know about opne-minded, but open minded simply means being receptive to new ideas, unprejudiced, unbigoted and impartial. By calling yourself close-minded, you are stating that you are intolerant of the beliefs and opinions of others and stubbornly unreceptive to new ideas. Is that your position? That you shouldn't be open to new ideas? Mind you that open or close minded has nothing to do with the belief in dieties. A person that still holds bigoted, prejudiced beliefs toward african americans held in the past, for example, would be considered close-minded. You state that every Christian should be thus?
