It should be "human rights". I think created protected classes, in the long run, does more harm than good.
That being said, the cretin view that women are somehow inferior because in general we bench press less than men needs to evaporate. We don't live in the neanderthal society where women and children needed to be protected from the mastadon and the sabre toothed tiger anymore.
