Why does it make sense at all? Men might be a little physically stronger in general, but not all jobs require any kind of physical strength. Women can do most jobs just as well as men and do some even better.

Yeah, the little boys might grow up wanting to be stay at home dads and the little girls might grow up wanting to work jobs. It still doesn't create any problems.
