| Legalizing marijuana would not lead to decreased booze consumption. The two drugs give very different highs and one can not replace the other in the average person's lifestyle. Booze is the party drug, marijuana is the mellow, relaxing one. It's like saying if we legalized acid everyone would switch to that and stop smoking pot.
