If it is stronger then how come it is bio-degradable, that is, why is it that water would not weaken it and cause decay?
Now normal hemp is being recomended for making bio-fuels.
If people got high on hemp that might reduce the use of booze which would reduce domestic violence. Perhaps? Sorry, no study was done to back up that spec.
