LOL, don't believe everything you see on youtube. Article I section 8 specifically give "Congress the right to collect Tax..."
The 16th amendment specifically give Congress the "power to lay and collect taxes on income.."
Article V gives congress the power to amend the constitution, which includes creating new amendments.
Article VII give Congres the power to ratify the constition.
There is also nothing that express or implies that the Government can tax income.
