Always criticism, but its inaccurate. The poor can be given rebates after the fact. There can always be acception such as medical, real estatee education expenses. Also the aim of a society is to reduce the poor, not to coddle it and keep it in a state of poverty. The current style gives many high incentive to do nothing when you are at the bottom. There are tons of jobs these people can do, just ask the illegal immigrants in the south. On top of that fair tax will create a ton of manufacturing and producing jobs, along with bring many R & D jobs back to America. The Poor would have much more opportunity to work.
