The Fair Tax!
Along with that we need to cut spending, social welfare programs, wasteful pork barrel projects (and make ALL wasteful pork barrel made public and must be publicized)! Reduction of counter-productive regulation
One thing that I think we need with any fair tax is to set absolute limits on all federal, state and local taxes. I am think 24 Federal, 5 State and local 1%! They could go under them, but NEVER under any cirumstance go over them.
The fair tax will tilt the trade advantage toward the US over China and the 3rd world. Look to the fastest growing corporate sector in the world, Dubai. More large Corporation are moving there than any other country. What is their secret? 0 corporate taxes is their main strategy! The fair could and would create a boom to the the American manufacturing sector. It is so simple it hurts!
