Here we have some factors :
- cover-ups for military projects (read : disinformation)
- lack of knowlegde
- sociological and/or psychological
- etc.
Yet, there is a small percentage of well documented events that remain unexplained. UFO (read : Aliens) does not need to follow and/or match Homo Sapiens' appraoch, necessarily, at all.
No mystery.
What makes you think UFO should (officially) get in touch with Homo Sapiens ?
A sort of happy-end ?
