| I guaran-dam-tee you in a few years time we will see this regularly being used to disperse protesters in the US. And no one will give a damn because the protesters are being "disruptive" and "violent" (any protester who even raises his voice is deemed "violent" by some people) and after all, the ray doesn't "harm them" so what's the big deal?
