| Marijuana should be legal, not only for recreation but for medical, and production. Hemp can be used to make a bio-degradable plastic 10 times stronger than steel, it can be used to make clothing, rope and just about anything. If we used hemp then we would never have to cut down another tree, we would never have to use oil, it would basically save the world.
It's being used medically.
And there are NO proven permanent mental or physical effects of marijuana.
