| i don't understand what's wrong with the US legal system that they need to be denied justice in the conventional manner?
if they are indeed guilty, why can't the US legal system distribute justice?
the restrictions imposed on the defence counsel and case by a military tribunal seems to be aimed at encouraging a guilty verdict where there is not sufficient evidence to support such a verdict in a civilian court.
