The fact is risk ALWAYS equals reward. In Zimbabwe, you can become dictator - the risk is high, but so is the reward. Or you can sit on your ass and starve. No risk, no reward.
Even theft is a risk investment. You happen to live in a poor Third World dictatorship...you decide to hijack the diamond convoy, and smuggle the diamonds to England to sell. If you get caught, you get executed by the militia. But if you suceed, you become rich. Risk is everywhere, we just dont choose to take it.
