Except atheists - in general - don't proselytize. We aren't out to create a nation of non-believers, we just want people to a) quit comdemning us and b) as Isherwood's cartoon so wonderfully illustrates, quit forcing their antiquated morality down everyone's throats. We're not telling the religious to stop praying, get an abortion or invite gays over for dinner. Just to get over yourselves

You have to see it from this point of view. Theists think that they need to save the world from eternal damnation, they just suck at advertising (normally).

I've been maliciously trying to send subliminal messages by spreading the idea that not all Christians are stupid and that conversion works differently for each person so I can't dictate to others how to covert. All I can do is ask that you keep it in the back of your head as possible until proven otherwise. And that Buddhist meditation is good for exploring that possibility as well as helping your metal and physical health.
