Also in states where prostitution is legal it would viewed as kidnapping and you would have to pay for the service provided which you stole.
I assume, but do not know of any cases about that. Most postitutes have a bodyguard (pimp) who would prevent that from happening, the basic rule being - pay the lady or get your legs broken.
