I didn't place the blame on them, their own leaders and other Arabs have sold them out, there are a lot more wealthy and well off Arabs than poor ones, you have for instance, Arabia, Kuwait, Bhutan, Qatar, Turkey, Iran etc well off Arab country's, then you have ones at the other end like Lebonan, Iraq, Pakistan Afghanistan etc, the well off Arabs don't really give a rats bum about the poor ones, anymore than the average westerner does.
