No, it's absolutely not right. The ISP's sole job is to provide you with a service. They are not the police, lawyers, or our babysitters. They have a God complex if they really think they are entitled to regulate and block the internet as they see fit. Especially when it hinders the use of legal services from third parties. It won't last long though, with the TV studios now streaming their content live via the Internet it's only a matter of time before they start utilizing BT technology to streamline the process. When that happens the ISP's are going to have a lot of unhappy media conglomerates on their hands
