O no, not that one couldn't consult all the past modus operandi of said fiend to predict their future behavior. Not in the slightest.
Anyone who has studies anything about the government knows they are full of liars and crooks. In fact if you'd study anything about the law, you know to what GREAT lengths they develop to twist a simple truth into a lie to suit their evil agenda. Government is a usurper, and a destroyer to the people in it's realm... the only way to hold them accountable is through strict Christian principals which impart the repayment or death penalty where needed - without exception, with the Guns in the hands of the people, and the police in check doing what they are supposed to do instead of being the thugs in a uniform.
