If you have expenses, you can set them as the price with an option to pay you more

You can set a fixed price which is optional to pay

As paid distribution it may be distributed as Yware only while buyers decide how much goes to the author and how much goes to the distributor

In the isolated places it may come to anyone and anything and they can do with it anything
