No, raping as in using the WTO to push economic reform onto countries not ready for it, thus opening up their markets to plundering from TNC's from the US and Europe. At the same time, you refuse to open up your own markets to these states, and even if you did your subsidies to your agricultural industry would prevent them from entering into the US market.
