What it says, you pparently get a lot more which can only come from your imagination. The statement says that BBC retracted its position, it does not say that BBC admitted some vast anti-semitic conspiricy. That is an invention of the article.

Because it is untue. But the fact that it is untrue does not necessarily indicate a ubiquitous anti-Israeli attitude on the part of the BBC. The broadcasting of a fallacy could have any number of reasons behind it other that ubiquitous, corporation wide anti-Israeli attitude, inluding that of a simple error. But I already stated this.
