Still not entirely sure what you're asking, you've obviously debated a lot more than me and you're a bit over my head. Still, I'm going to answer, I might learn something.
Personally I'm a Libertarian. I find that whatever government gets involved in, they tend to corrupt and thoroughly f*** up. I love your American Constitution. It's a real shame that your politicians don't follow it anymore.
