Yes. Our law enforcement agents should enforce the laws as written. If the laws are bad or unjust, there are proper channels through which the people can change them if enough of them agree.

I don't "condone" the federal income tax - I think it should be repealed and insofar as the personal income tax goes, repealing it would be a good first step towards fiscal responsibility for the federal government. However, the law is the law. Do you know why some towns have those "wacky laws" still on the books? Because law enforcement stopped enforcing them. So instead of find the laws about no bathing on Mondays and no chewing gum while on the street unjust and repealing them, they sit active on the books waiting for the right tyrant to come along and begin enforcing them again.

If you want a law changed, go after the people that can change the laws.
