It could certainly be much fun watching theistic southern politicians of these United States scurrying over who will be the first state to follow these guidelines. (Of course they wouldn't admit it, this is a secular nation after all

Does the pope think that, by saying altering genes is immoral, scientists will actually stop? Or is he dipping his hands into politics and trying to influence some laws?
And isn't it the American dream to become obscenely wealthy? It sure is my goal. "I'll see ya in hell, Rockefeller (was he a philanthropist?), Carnage (was he a philanthropist too?), Morgan (did he save America?), and the lesser Gates (yes yes, I believe he's given away billions as well)" If anything, I think obscenely wealthy people can and do give away more money than a great majority of Christians combined. Or am I mistaken?
