| If you are acting suspicious and you're carrying a gun, a cop will ask to see your license. Hell, a cop could just decide he wants to see your license just for kicks. Besides, criminals are usually known by the local cops in the area, if they see a repeat offender suddenly start carrying they're going to ask questions.
Also, guns are tools, the people that use the guns in an unlawful way are what causes the problems.
I know your type. You think, "I'll just get me a costume, rip off the neighborhood kids." Next thing you know, you've got a jet shaped like a skull with lasers on the front!
