Sure you do...DC v.Heller, the case come up before the Supreme Court next month.
What you've refused to see, as I have pointed out repeatedly, is that the current USSC precedent, which states exactly what I just did, has stood, not only unchallenged but expanded upon by the majority of Federal Circuit Courts for over 70 years. During that time the gun loon lobby had every opportunity to appeal the matter, yet chose not to until Washington DC pushed it to the point where they had no choice.
If Miller is overturned, you can thank your good friend George W. Bush for installing, in this case, an
activist Supreme Court.
