"well researched"? Isn't it the same people who analyzed the Iraq intel giving us the Iran report?
The NIE on Iran said that they were
moderately confident that they had halted their program. Not 100% sure. Not dismantled, but
moderately confident it had been
halted, using essentially the same data they had from years earlier.
