| if i were the administration, i would have orcheastrated some variety of conspiracy that would have alotted me more power than 9/11 does. this is just another example of how a rather minor incident (lets face it, 3 000 americans died. americans kill 15 000 americans a year. the flu kills 35 000) has been blown out of proportion. the bush administration has been using this as justification to cater to it's own agendas (and the agendas of big business, which bush has been serving dutifully).
as for america becoming a police state; that will never really be necessary, as television, mass media, and pop culture keeps the population willfully complacent. |
