I think that's definitely true. Actually, I take that back; I think that if Huckabee is elected, there's a good chance we'll have a third world war on our hands. But, assuming this doesn't occur, political support does seem to move in waves between conservative and liberalism throughout the elections, and it seems inevitable that a democrat is destined for presidency. It's almost too bad in a way; Americans would be so much better off if they weren't as bound by their political party binary.
