The black candidate is ethnically ambiguous, ala Tiger Woods, and speaks flawless 'Merican, and the woman candidate is well known, generally respected and well connected to an immensely popular former president, and the Republican field has to live down their own Worst President Ever. So yeah, all the stars seem to have converged, one way or the other, for the occassion.
