The report(opinion if you like) crosses party lines and gives a brief summary of why the perps made the list. Its an opinion thing. And just about everyone has an opinion right or wrong.
By the way opposition to and criticism of Bill Clinton is pretty well fact based. This guy was unique in that he was impeached for felonious conduct. Perjury. And of course he demeaned his office and tried to ameliorate it by releasing salicious facts(or rumors ) about other presidents. The good old playground logic of they did it too. The guy was/is a liar and lowlife and yet he is still around leering at the chicks and spouting off wisdoms. What a joke.
