About the evil of capitalism: I was once creating a footbal trading game, and was sent a cease and desist order by the NFL. I guess you can't use real teams, logos, players, without "expressed written consent" [
screenshot]. In one sense, I understand the reasoning behind getting permission. On the other hand, getting the rights to use those names costs millions of dollars.
