You might be aware of a scheme called Movember to promote awareness and funds for men's health issues such as prostate cancer and depression.
For the month of november men are asked to grow moustaches, starting clean shave on november the 1st and growing the moustache till the end of the month.
Well now some clever spark has come up with a similar campaign for women health issues such as cervical cancer.
This one is called Fanuary and women are been asked to start clean shave on the first and grow their hair till the end of the month. And i don't mean the hair on there heads.
Some of the suggested styles include:
Quote:
The Landing Strip (used for the benefit of male first-timers to, “find things in the dark”) - extra points for the dashed line down the middle
The Bermuda Triangle (Where many a good keen adventure has been lost without a trace. “Where the hell is Indiana Jones when you need him…?”) - Must have 3 clearly defined corners. Points for denseness and symmetry. Up-side-downiness gains additional judges recognition
The Tache (”Your boyfriend/husband took great pleasure in your discomfort during Movember… Time for payback!! Let him get pash-rash”) - Points for shape, thickness, ethnicity, Ringmaster pointy bits. NO GOATEES OR ADOLFS!!

But unfortunately the cancer society wants nothing to do with this campaign claiming it to be insensitive and somewhat pornographic.
The company that created this campaign says it can all be done with decorum and good taste.
So what do you think. would you support this or would you agree with the cancer society.
