Ironically, the majority of Tibetians attacked or homes destroyed were due to the efforts of the Red Guards and a Communist legacy.

Thats funny...what defines sovereignty? I could say Guangzhou should be a sovereign state, since their culture is different from Beijing or Shanghai. Dif language too. We could divide the world into trillions of countries if we want.
