Well honestly I think it's both, but perhaps 60% the purse..... the 40% would be their attitude that they have to do what they need to do, and suck everyone else and their problems.... although reducing the garbage in their purses or restricted them by law to use wallets (jk) then that would also save some time as well as reduce their ability to use the purse card in dilly dallying.
