I couldn't help chuckling at Ish and another day's comments - funny stuff.
It's not the purses that are the problem, though; a male could just as easily be an offender by having to slowly reach into his back pocket to get his wallet, sift endlessly through said wallet to find a card, a passcode....oops, now he needs a deposit slip which is in the other back pocket he needs to slowly reach around to access.
The problem is one of courtesy, organization, and caring about how one's actions affect and inconvenience others. In my opinion, based on my experiences with deliberate observation, females violate courtesy more often than men - don't even get me started on the driving aspect.
