| Correction, both parties... but technically in this case, if officials in a Majority muslim nation allowed this to occur in a jail to a woman, I am pretty sure some crap would hit the fan for those reponsible, as I imagine the woman wouldn't have volentarily wanted to be placed in this kind of situation in prison and the guards would have assigned her cell.
Not the same case as being in a car volentarily.
