That's not the document flip flopping over to the other side, that's the "Liberal" interpretation of it that's flip flopping.
Only the hard core commies, and their Liberal appointees on the SCOTUS think that this far along in the experiment, that a legitimate argument against "arms" can be made. I mean, really, look at the myriad of things that
could never have happened if the true interpretation was that arms were to be regulated "through" the Militia. However that is not the language used, and that is not the case.
