I fail to see the connection between skin color and circumstances. I live in Windham county and probably was away when this happened, so was it a major / minor story in the Norwch Bulletin, The NL Day or even the Hartford Courant?
I think the reason that her inebriation was kept out of the news probably has more to do with autopsy and cause of death rather than speculation regarding public drunkeness. By the time the cause of death is acertained, the story is no longer news. I have to state that skin color here is irrelevant and probably has nothing to do with the:
