Quite simply put.... those who were involved in those conflicts and issues are either long dead, or so old they forget when they went to the can last. the next generation should have no involvement in past conflicts, nor should they carry the torch of vengence.
And regardless of past actions on their country, it does not justify using reckless weaponry on other civilians of another country, as they are still human beings.
If you would like to have people stop attacking your country's citizens and treating you with hostility, then lead by example (This goes for any country)

FFS, cluster bombs were one example among many others..... move along.
And I don't hate Israel because it's a Jewish state..... thinking that I in return think this, is racist in itself..... and feuls the cycle.
I hate a country/government based on their actions, not their beliefs.
And flying into another country's air space to attack one of their compounds based on fear of some kind of future attack is no excuse..... I figured what's going on in Iraq would be an example of this.
