| No. Physics on the quantum level works completely different from physics and logic on the relative level--sometimes effects happen before causes, and it has been observed, too. You cannot account for the huge numbers of particles that appear out of nowhere and disappear soon afterwards for no reason, but still there just long enough to affect (effect?) outcome. |
