Who says USA will even attack Iran??
Iran is not like the divided Iraqi society, even though US is losing the war. Your president is trying other dirty methods. He is trying to terminate Revolutionary Guards' financial networks by calling them a "terrorist" organization.
What he misunderstood is, in spite of the fact that elite Revolutionary Guards are Iranian military backbone, even eliminating them won't be enough.

Oh, I don't think the U.S. will attack, certainly not with an occupation force, but that is not our strength anyway, our strength is our air force that mobs of fanatics can do nothing against and our special forces that attack and dissapear.(usually, as long as politicians don't let them down) I'm only suggesting that antagonizing a power to the point where it provokes war, especially a power that tends to go to war, is not a good idea. And I seriously doubt all Iranians are happy with the current government.
