At 1515Z the ring probably has a diameter of almost 100 miles.
So that would be 40mph velocity out from the center.

You know, for a minute I thought this was actually a real post, that there really was a meteorite strike. Then, I googled it and found out that the meteorite strike thing is merely Mr. V's opinion of what it was. Google news has nothing about anything hitting the Atlantic Ocean.

It looks like an outflow boundary to me, too. Big deal.
