| Personally, I think that the US constitution rightly makes it unconstitutional for a city to determine land use on a property in situations like this. However, citizens can also protest - it is their constitutional right. In the end, I don't believe that I've ever been near a factory with pork emissions, so I can't speak from experience - but I don't believe it would be that big a deal. Really. |
