After all, unlike your average jihadi, Boy George has his finger on a button that unleashes (frequently on innocents) the sort of shitstorm the jihadis could only dream of.
Also, Bush has done everything he possibly could to
strenghten the jihadis' hand -- in Iraq, in Afghanistan, etc. He's the best friend they ever had.
