On the topic, the
privatized prisons that are initiating faith-based programs, have at it. Build a Hindu-based prison program if you want. It's your business. Operate it like you want.
For the prisons that directly recieve state funding and are operated and owned BY the state, this probably breaches the 1st amendment.
