I have a hard time immagining what it would be like to see Rudy's wife as the frist lady in the White House. With her beloveded Designer Hand Bag and all. At least Bush's wife was super cool as a first lady. And she was not the "other woman" who broke up a marrage.
Of course, that is not a "topic" about the issues. Now if the Republicans were real smart they would put Mrs Bush in as a canadate, she is well known and highly respected by most most people.
Mrs Clinton verses Mrs "Walker" Bush. Now THAT debate would something everyone would tune into.
And they could send their men out to do social things, like reading goat books to kids at schools.
Sorry, if I got a bit silly. But Mrs Bush is perhaps the only hope Republicans have this time up at bat.
Now way out here in California we have a progressive moderate called Arnald who is a Republican that married into the Kennedy family, he has a Giant Name. He is getting his bags packed and will be coming to Washington soon with his flair for speechmaking. He cannot run for President but will nudge into Congress or as a Senitor. The people of California have trained him well and he is listening and responding correctly to the will of the people.
Now about the topics you mentioned. The Republicans have one (sing along) and it is "bomb bomb Iran".
